The INSIGHT Clinical Research Network (CRN) is one of the largest urban clinical networks in the nation. Bringing together seven top academic medical centers in New York, NY and Houston, TX, INSIGHT maintains a limited data set that contains clinical data for approximately 23 million electronic health records with over 385 million encounters. INSIGHT CRN continues to link this diverse clinical data with an expanding catalog of data linkages, including claims data (commercial and governmental) and an extensive array of social determinants of health (SDoH) measures to support patient-centered research and foster health equity.
